Healthy Eating Program
Its time to get excited about helping your client change the body they live in. Somewhere along the travels of life they lost that sense of control of their health. Thankfully they have found you. The program is a 90 day plan to transform the lifestyles of people from one of less than healthy thinking about their lives and bodies to one of positivity. This is a positive lifestyle change, not a diet. So we don’t use that word. Your really a life coach disguised a health coach.
CHANGE YOUR THINKING
The first steps to implementing the program is to changing the way we think about the food we eat. Once we know what healthy foods do for our body and what unhealthy foods do to our body it helps our decision tremendously.
The second is to strengthen our mind through mental training. Simply put, when we change the way we think about things and repeat that process it will change who we are. Think good and positive thoughts towards and outcome and we will eventually reach that outcome. We are patterns of thought some are our own some were implanted by societal marketing. We need to re-write our mental programing.
When we change the way we thing about ourselves on all levels we begin to experience immediate changes in the things we do. Especially in the types of fuel we put in our highly valuable
bodies.

Balance the body, energize with fuel and POW you are fit and healthy.

Week 1
It took someone years to become who they are. It takes 30 days to break habits and 90 days for new lifestyle programing to set in.
Week 1
We need to help our client begin to break unhealthy lifestyle habits in stages. Basically deprograming minds of all the unhealthy habits and thoughts that
have invaded them. Week 1 should be a simple stage allowing clients to begin to implement changes in
ways that will be accomplishable and rewarding.
Water
Water is the first stage. Week one will be an elimination week of all soft drinks, multiple cups of coffee, alcohol, etc.. Water is the source of life. Pure filtered water is the first stage. Have them take a water bottle with
Mental
Mental training should begin right away. Without the changing of thoughts and perceptions of themselves they will be in a constant battle between the old self and old ways and the new self they are trying to become. Changing the appearance of the old self will only be temporary as the old self will be lurking in the background waiting to return and destroy all the hard work and dreams of your client.
Instruct them to read the mind strength guide and then begin to implement the instructions within it. I.E. Set up a code of honor, write down their personal life statements about who they are and how they handle situations. “I eat for health and nothing can stop that.” “I do the right thing when no one is looking.” “I am power under control.” On your follow up meeting you can review with them their life goals so you can better know your client.

GOALS WEEK 1
First things first. You should review what your clients initial goals are. “I want to lose 10 lbs.” “I want to see my abs.” This is to give you an initial idea of what is motivating them and what their hang ups might be. Then as a more in- depth process give them a copy of a goal sheet and ask them during the week to write down their list of current life goals. Tell them that they have an 85% greater chance of accomplishing their goal by writing them down. That means without writing them down they have only a 15% chance of accomplishing them. This is to reinforce them on the reality of what it is they intend to accomplish. Accountability is what we
all need. You are in a sense their accountability partner. Ask them to prepare their goals on the goal sheet and then have them ready for you both to review upon you next meeting. When they are accountable to you they are much more motivated to be serious about their goals.
We are not here to judge their goals but we should be only working with our clients on healthy positive life enhancing goals. We can’t tell someone what their goals are but we can choose what to help them towards.
Write it Down
Write it down and it becomes reality
Studies show that recording our goals on paper and signing them make the reality of what we need to accomplish more of a reality to ourselves. Most people walk around only dreaming of the life and things they would like to do. Writing those goals down and then having a mentor or coach to holds us accountable makes those dreams move from fantasy to reality.
