Introductions

Hi everyone, I live in Tasmania, Australia. I am excited to be here. I am eager to learn more about the natural ecosystems in my area. I have always had a love of nature and arrived here as a result of poor health as a teen. How? Food intolerance and illness led me to understanding my own nutrition. This led to understanding how food is produced, which led to anger and frustration at our monoculture farming systems. This led to a keen interest in growing my own food which led to an interest in soil health and how this impacts our own gut microbiome. This led me to become a professional food grower, which led to feeling frustrated even by organic farming practices. This led me to thinking more ecologically about food production, which led me to Byron, which led me to the Food Forest Fellowship, which led me here. The symbiosis and syntropy is real <3 keen to learn more from everyone in this community.
