Creating Audience in Facebook

Hi there,

I want to create an audience of my customers for an ad. Are you all pulling that data from eAgent? Also, are you just uploading their email addresses or other data elements (first name, last name, etc?

Thanks for your help...if there is a video I need to watch that provides these steps, let me know!
