As today is also Shadow Work Wednesday, I want to check in: how are you feeling as we step into this "new year"? The shift to January can feel out of sync with nature's rhythm, doesn’t it? Winter is a time of reflection and stillness, more aligned with inner whispers than grand beginnings. 🌙❄️

If you’re not quite feeling the fresh start energy yet, that’s okay. The natural cycle and rhythm place the real new year closer to the new moon in March and the Spring Equinox, when life truly begins to stir. 🌱🌞 Give yourself grace to move in harmony with what feels authentic for you.
