Alter and meditation
I just did my first ever grounding aura mediation and I cried. What a beautiful experience that was!!!! I'm still working on an actual Alter but I think I found my spot. That was such a wonderful, wholesome, safe experience. I was not expecting that at all. How beautiful. 馃ス
