Do You Have a Production Team?
Now that I've experienced having a production team do ALL the things so all I need to do is record, I'm never going back to doing it myself. Who do you recommend?
Really need a full service company that has people who handle different aspects (vs hiring a virtual assistant).
Here's the list of tasks for the weekly show:
- Professionally edit the show
- Create show notes
- Write the summary and key takeaways
- Deliver a transcript
- Create the episode artwork
- Create the social graphics and write posts
- Schedule the social posts through High Level
- Schedule the episode to publish on Captivate
- Email the guest about upcoming publication
- Track stats and make recommendations for improvements
