Here's how my Estate Agency Chatbot takes Valuation Bookings from a prospect

🏚Chatbot takes booking info 🤖

↳ Chatbot takes street address (Postcode, house number, town etc..)

↳ Chatbot takes property details (No. Bedrooms, No. Bathrooms, renovated)

↳ Chatbot takes reasons for valuation/selling (i.e. property investor, moving etc)

↳ Chatbot takes requested valuation timeWebhook triggers automation 🌐

↳ Checks if requested valuation time is in office hours

↳ Checks if requested time is in the office's work days

↳ Checks if the requested booking time isn't in the past.

↳ Lastly checks if there isn't an overlay of bookings at that time - more than the team can handle (i.e. 5 valuations at once)Error handling ⚡

↳ Automation will email client telling them why their booking hasn't been successful

↳ Can be swapped out for HTTP Webhook response to inform user on Chatbot

Google Calendar booking 🗓

↳ Books customer onto valuation call if all parameters met!

↳ Can be swapped for Client's preferred CRM - I use Google Calendar here.
