How this works:

This platform is a wonderful resource. Check out the Classroom where you'll see different resources/training/courses/digital downloads I use for my own business. Some are free, some will get unlocked the more you participate and help others within this community.

Posting: The more you post, the better your business will become, just trust me on this. You'll meet others in the same boat as you, a bit behind or a bit ahead. Some will help you learn a new platform, meet your next lead or refer work back and forth.

Each of us brings something unique and different to the table. Be nice, I mean it. I hate seeing on different groups when people post a question and then gets annihilated by others in the comments. That won't be tolerated and you'll be kicked.

Check out the Calendar. I'll post different events and the monthly Q & A. Make sure you register because I like the class sizes to be on the smaller size.

If you have questions, let me know within this group or post a question and someone will most likely assist.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT post a " how do I fill out this document" with clients info on it. Redact it, white it out, scribbles, whatever. This includes clients names, addresses, socials and any other identifying info.

About Me:

Let me introduce myself; I'm Katie, an international remote online notarization business. I see the power of social media for good. It's what lead me here. I find incredible value in genuine and authentic human connection. I'm the former Notary Relations Director that has helped develop courses, videos and resources that have helped over 500 students.

Balancing Act:

I'm a single parent who DOESN'T want to spend all of my time engrossed in a business. The business is a means to an end.

The end is time with my little without worrying how to pay for groceries or what the heck I'm going to do if my car breaks down. I'm making the tedious parts of my business run on autopilot through grit, Zoom meetings, 3am YouTube training, patient ( and smart talented lovely) friends and lots of headaches. I'm all for hustle, but I want it to make sense. Not a hamster wheel. I want to be able to take care of my clients, focus on deepening relationships, and acquisition.

I've witnessed firsthand the incredible potential of the notary stamp. For those unaware, it's not just a service offered by your bank. Becoming a notary public opens the door to a vast and diverse industry with numerous ways to leverage your business.

Remote Online Notarization:

Add to that the cutting-edge realm of remote online notarization. We're introducing this industry to other industries. I've JUST scratched the surface of what's available.

We're at the forefront of a brand new industry. I've had the honor of rubbing shoulders with some of the biggest names in our industry and seeing the impact they are making within our community. I'm excited to see the shift.

Building a Supportive Community:

I have a heart for this community. I've found it to be helpful, inclusive, and amazing. The only reason I'm where I'm at is because of the helpfulness of hundreds of patient people who explained different processes I was struggling with.
