Hey guys, I'm Otto.
I wanted to join this community because I've been feeling a bit stagnant in the fitness realm. I tend to cook the same meals for myself repeatedly and I've been using the same 3-day PPL weightlifting routine for about 2 years now (though my consistency with this varies). I'm looking for some new inspiration and new goals to set for myself.
Fun fact: I love riding my bike, it's my main form of transportation and I'd like to gain a better understanding of how I can work that into my fitness goals.
