Funding for Large Multifamily
Does anyone know any commercial lenders or financing options for larger multifamily. I came across a possible deal for 10+ units and wanted to explore financing options.
If there's any lenders that you know of that can help with this let me know. I've heard it's usually 30-35% down, higher rates and 20-25 years instead of 30 year fixed but want to hear if anyone else has experience and can think of ways for me to put less down.
