This is indeed a community, and one of the most positive and open ones you will ever participate in. It’s full of hearts without walls, and those who need help lowering them.
But, you’ll need to get involved. In order to use #ADconnect at any time or any way, and in order to get an #ADtalk Review done for you, you’ll need to share the lessons and reflections that each day brings through using “Awareness Documentation” (#ADtalk).
This the core of what I’ll have you learn here, and where everything stems from in the event of creating connection.

But how does it work, Michael?
You’re going to film yourself – to create 5 video journals speaking through the Problem, the Pain, the Hope, and the Solution (PPHS) of the life you are producing. You are experiencing and transforming all of these pockets of information on camera. Then, you go and do the thing you have resolved yourself to do, the Solution, by taking the coins out of your pockets – ones you didn’t even know were there, and arranging them carefully as the investment you’ll make toward meeting your needs by fulfilling the solution you have set yourself to do, to follow through with your own commitment. At that point, you’ll come back to do another #ADtalk on the results you have manifested. You’ll unpack that, and continue to speak on what exciting and difficult tasks you have to approach next.
Bam! Real easy right? But, we’re going to make it harder. While You Can do Awareness Documentation for the mental reps applied to the physical deployment of your words thoughts and actions, which leads to the Transmutation of Knowledge into Wisdom, it has a critically social element to its mastery. The craft is in having the conversation with the person you need to have it with the most. This is the part that heals and resolves relational trauma. It’s also what creates connection with yourself, and enhances the relationships that you have with others.
It is the Transformation of Relational Trauma that Awareness Documentation is highly intelligently specialized in, because it’s relationship trauma that perverts your identity. It compromises your sense and self, and inverts your sense of reality. Some people don’t know left from right, or up from down as a result of it, just like me when I realized my entire life was a lie in 2017. The hard part is, Relational Trauma cannot be healed outside the context of relationships, which means you need to re-expose yourself to the wound and experience the opposite in order to heal. That kind of self-confrontation is a fixation and a focus that the lens of camera initiates for you, where you can’t escape the truth anymore when looking your soul dead in the face as you put yourself back into place. Piece by piece, hour by hour, when you learn to view yourself under the objective lens of Awareness Documentation, your approach becomes self-loving confrontation. The truth is right in front of you, and you know what to do that is best for you, because you develop self-compassion for not just one part, but the entirety of you.
So first, to have the conversation with the person you need to have it with the most – transforming the energy around the inner dialogue that you have for yourself is what The #ADtalk does in its approach. Then second, maintaining that sense of self and testing that boundary is what you do by enacting that voice expressed unto the real world. The world, life, and its relationships check you, and you learn very quickly that you are playing a game of chess with the Universe, and God is trying to develop a relationship with you through it. It moves you in the right direction.

God’s action is your stimulus, and your power is in how you choose to respond. When you embrace your emotions and allow them to guide you rather than try to regulate them and tone them down, they will shift you to your center point for grounded self-expression, to the place you need to be to live your life in alignment, without resistance, but in flow. That is when you are in the K.N.O.W., to have the Knowledge and the Wisdom to say NO to what you don’t want to do and Yes to what you do want to do and love to do too!
Awareness Documentation filters that message. So when you experience the stimulus, stress for example when communicating with someone, you have to eliminate that stress to feel better. The target is within you, and the dart board is connected to the thrower. You have to go back to the source with your newfound message and communicate to connect. This is your lesson in self-expression. This is how to get your needs met or meet your needs through connection. This is the expansion of your boundary, your true unlimited sense of self.
This is when the darts find themselves penetrating water. They no longer have an affect on you. By embracing your vulnerability, and expressing it, you become invulnerable in vulnerability. You are truly empowered when your weakness becomes your strength by communicating it openly. The external force can no longer use those darts against you, because you are no longer constricted by the limitations that bind you to the board they pin you to. In attempting to connect with the evil doer, you have connected with yourself. You’ve healed with self-love. You’ve met your needs through them, whether they grant you your wishes or deny them. So, embrace your emotions and allow them to guide you to your center point BEFORE you act or speak as a result of them.
Awareness Documentation is your check-in meeting with yourself. Instead of giving your time and energy away to everyone else, stop what you’re doing and have a meeting with yourself – the moment you feel any distress! Learn how this external entity is affecting you, pay attention to your inner dialogue, and strive toward connection for the very best thing for you. I want you to experience relief immediately, to find your voice, and own it! That is the power of Awareness Documentation.

Just one of these is called an #ADtalk, or an Awareness Documentation.
One recording is the process of what it means to to be a talking advertisement, until you can be a walking advertisement, someone who walks the talk and owns the truth of their self-expression.
You can truly say you are doing an #ADwalk when you have bridged the divide between your lack of self-awareness and your calling to operate within it, to follow the life you are meant to live and share your greatest gifts, and to do so in a collaborative energy that is unafraid of sharing the whole truth freely.
The shadows behind your voice have dissipated. The parts of you that were once fragmented are now united and cannot be broken by the world around you. And if for some reason the world consumes you, if for only a moment, you return to a state of grounded self-expression once more, invulnerable and connected with your truest deepest intentions in exercising your life through heart-centered-awareness. This is Emotional Freedom.

Now...When you do this, and you make a recording, I want to ensure that you make sure that you are speaking these words for you. You Are Not Speaking to An Audience! If they happen to be there, you are aware of it as though God is watching your every move, and your communications are for your own self-improvement, which enhances your awareness as you develop a relationship with the universe.
It just so happens that when you speak your truth out to the world and serve as an example, one that is accountable to self, you learn to be responsible for the self, and others – at the same time! You speak for the silent, and stand for the broken with your life! All of your effort to become a better human being is admirable, inspiring, and unique to someone who can truly relate to you. This is your documented journey of removing the limitations to you achieving your dreams, and stepping into your creation with true freedom through movement. Awareness Documentation will take you there. It’s up to you to film it and create your #iMovie.
For more information on how to utilize this process, please refer to the Classroom and Back to This Text for absolute clarity in what you are to do. What I do is very big picture while narrowing down to the micro, and I try and explain all of it, and not everyone is always ready for it. I certainly hope you don’t get lost. The course, “The All-In-One Approach to Self-Awareness”, is where you’ll begin. Of course, you could start recording now since you have a Why and a How just by reading this post. But, you may not understand clearly what Problem, Pain, Hope, and Solution are as of yet. You may need a clearer picture, and for that I’ll tell you more.
While I’d recommend going through all of the material to get better results, getting results can be immediate and requires very little know how. It can also be enhanced by the awareness of what you are doing and how you are doing it to add to that picture, which is what the content in the classroom is there to do. If you want to skip the Masterclass for now and create your first #ADtalk by keeping it simple, real simple, you can watch “How to Heal Like Mic” which is included in the Classroom tab under the Masterclass itself, and follow it with Micro Lessons 1-7, one for each day or #ADtalk you’ll create. Even simpler, you can just do the Micro Lessons, but of course I would encourage you to have a much more complete picture of the value we are creating here by you fully stepping into it with love.
All you need to know to participate in The 5 Day Trial of Self-Reflection is how to speak through PPHS on recording, playback the film in self-observation, and summarize your pain points in written form while attaching a physical tangible goal for you to do, and then have the discipline to execute upon it in the real world, and come back again to the camera for another #ADtalk. 3 Steps + Action + Next #ADtalk. 5 #ADtalks.
