Introduction
Hey everyone, looking forward to being apart of the group and learning from everyone. I met Dillon a little over 9 years ago on a basketball tour with Athletes in Action and was super excited for him to move out to AZ and be able to connect with him on a regular basis.
I have been working for the same company for over 10 year (16 months on internships while in college and 9 years full time). Throughout my career I've bounced around in lots of roles either as a process engineer, operations leadership, and now currently in a group focused on operational excellence. This role is more like an internal consultant, so I just travel to our mine sites and help make business cases and facilitate different meetings.
Outside of work I am a husband and father to 3 crazy boys (17, almost 6, and 4). They are all very active and keep me busy. When I'm not chasing them around to all of their activities, I am also an aspiring professional cornhole player. I started playing competitively about a year ago while I was on jury duty for a capital murder trial and needed a release. I realized as I get older this is a safe way to be competitive without the possibility of getting seriously hurt. The rest of my free time is consumed by any sports that I can find to watch, but specifically any Cincinnati sports teams.
