Fast forward to when I was 16.
I discovered Gregory O. Gallagher and KinoBody.
His philosophy hit me like a punch to the gut.
He didn’t just talk about fitness—he talked about building a body that was the foundation of a stronger mind, a stronger life.
I followed his training religiously, every rep, every rest day, every part of his method.
I’d already spent 4 years grinding in the gym, but this was a new level.
And just as I was about to take things even further, life threw another curveball.
I got into an accident—a brutal one.
It happened on a beach, a place far from hospitals or doctors.
The kind of accident that almost left me unable to walk.
We had to emergency airlift me back to Mexico for surgery.
The next 24 hours were a nightmare.
But after surgery, something clicked again.
This wasn’t going to stop me.
I wasn’t built to be stopped.
