If you want a bigger audience, you need to talk to a smaller audience. Your podcast should be completely unique. Speaking to a smaller audience will inspire people to become true fans.. because there is no other platform out there for them!
His solo episodes get twice as many downloads as his interviews & why. Most people make really boring interviews. They don’t know their audience well enough so they bring on all kinds of guests with no real direction or intention.
How he got onto 50 podcasts as a guest within a very short period of time. By being very intentional with who he reached out to and by having a clear outreach strategy, Tracy was able to get onto tons of podcasts as a guest which boosted the audience of his show like crazy.
