Is it still possible to build an agency from scratch in a niche where alot of multi 6 figures agencies exists?

Hey all, I am experimenting with a new offer. Reason being is I have found lots of agencies have been burned by agencies in the past, leading them to not be willing to pay thousands upfront, even with a guarentee. I have currently one client paying me £500 per month. I am in the Home Improvement niche. I have 1 cold caller working for me part time with a commission of 10%. I have someone I can pay £25 per 500 calls, and he books roughly 5-10 calls with that. I cold caller myself also, and will aim to do about 100 dials a day. My current offer(s) are attached. What can I do to scale and actually grow my agency. I want to reach 10k/m by the end of the year and I believe I have the ability to do so. Any help/guidance in the comments would be greatly appreciated

I manage to book days with 10+ calls fairly easily And yet u see so many people fighting to just land a single booked call. I don’t know how people are over complicating it. I feel bad. I’m going to make it very simple. To book more meetings, you need to increase your points of contact, therefore more people know who you are and what you do. So what have I done to book these appointments so you can copy me? - I hired 5 more commission callers ( with great accents) - Trialing with a new AI dialer (1000 calls an hour lol) - I partnered up with an email strategist for cold email (working with a 3.6m lead appt agency) - I’ve tested numerous campaigns on Facebook to work out the best creative - I’ve continued to post valuable YouTube content for inbound leads and to redirect all traffic too The last one is so underrated. Only 130 subs and I’m booking $17k/mo agency owners and building trust with all my leads. Whatever you’re doing now, ask how you can leverage other people’s time & energy to wrap time together. Im doing more than 24 hours of actual outreach within a 24 hour period, yet you’re probably getting 1-2 hours done max. The honest truth is you’re not doing enough, so change that. Once you get systems and teams running on auto pilot… I GUARANTEE YOU, you’ll hit 5 figure months easily, and 6 months will come, time just has to catch up. Get the teams and systems in place, and then POST CONTENT If anyone wants my 29 page client acquisition doc, just comment doc. Please please stop over complicating it, it’s not hard.
