'Water Up' Challenge
This week’s challenge is all about boosting our hydration and keeping our bodies fueled and energized!
Here’s how it works:
Challenge Goal: Drink at least 8 cups (2 liters / 64oz) of water every day. If you can drink more, please do!
How to participate:
1️⃣ Track Your Water Intake: Post how many cups/liters/oz you drank each day.
2️⃣ Daily Reflection: Share how you feel after drinking more water. Are you feeling more energized, focused, refreshed or tired to go to the bathroom (🫠)?
How to Earn Points:
  • 1 Point for posting your water intake every day under this post (get up to 7 points for the week!)
  • 1 Point for sharing how you feel at the end of the day (get up to 7 points for the week!)
BONUS:
  • 1 Point for sharing a picture of your water bottle, your cup count, or a hydration reminder you've set up.
  • Share water tips or tricks with the community—like how you remind yourself to drink more, or fun ways to flavour your water!
Staying hydrated is key to productivity, focus, and overall wellness, so let’s make it a fun challenge to support each other.
