What’s next?
Now that I’m officially a 9 Miler 🥰 I was thinking about my next steps. I would love to use this technique and increase speed for some shorter distances (especially during the winter as I will continue to run outside all year round). Is it going to be bad for me over time if I train for some shorter distance races with this method during colder times of the year and then do more marathon training when it’s warmer? I don’t know if it’s okay to change up mileage and intensity so much. I did find the training plan explanations for the different distances and have the MHR calculations for the different distances. Thanks!
