Introduction
Hi. I started running when I was 40. It became a release and social for me. I have completed one 1/2 Ironman and 7 marathons as well as many half marathons. As I hear 50, my running has changed a bit so I am looking forward to a different technique to hopefully improve my marathons and half marathons.
