Confusion about water
Hey Doug and everyone. I often encounter claims saying plain water actually dehydrate us and is not well absorbed by the body, and that only structured fluids hydrate us properly. is there any truth in that? it does somewhat make sense to me as generally speaking I feel like the more I drink the more thirsty I am.
