I'd recommend spending your first 2-3 hours of deepwork on outreach, as you want to be the most efficient and be able to send out the most amount of outreaches while keeping them quality.
The rest of your deepwork can be spent writing practice/free value copy.
And your shallow work can be consuming content (3x more action taking than consuming content though).
If you have school/work, you can wake up early to get the deep work done so you get the most copywriting work done before your responsibilities.
