Let's assume you drink both beer and sodas right now.
Now imagine you have to choose between soda and beer you can only have one from now on (aka you have to make a compromise.) I
So you decide to keep beer (because, let’s be real, beer’s awesome) and say goodbye to soda.
Now Let’s do the math:
  • On average, drinking 1 soda a day is 365 sodas a year.
  • Now, if you’re having 2 beers a day, that’s 730 beers a year.
  • In 10 years, that’s 3,650 sodas and 7,300 beers!
By simply cutting out soda, you’re saving yourself from over 3,650 cans of sugar!!! and empty calories over a decade!!!
