Innovative Technician Referral Program: Earn Cash for Your Unused Leads
We just got an interesting offer from one of our automotive technician ads.
This came in from a competitor of our client shop.
Take a look at what he sent and let me know if you've ever seen anything like this (see below).
I thought it was pretty cool idea.

Just a little offer.
My name is [Owner's Name]. I own [Auto Center Name] in [City]. We have met a couple times. We all need good techs… Just trying this on for size….I know your shop is about our size, but here is what I am telling smaller shops or shops in different locations. I run into techs sometimes who are [from a different area] and don't want to drive to [City].
If you get any qualified techs which you cannot land due to price or location or benefits or for any other reason, if you pass them on to us and we hire him, I will pay you $500 in cash if he is a master tech or $250 cash for a mid-level. Again, this is if you find him to be a decent tech but have to pass on him for some reason.
I can return the favor for free if we find someone we can't use.
