Franchising Creator Led Business, A Good Idea?
I was listening to My First Million Pod (https://youtu.be/HVAQa0j-bUc?si=FJjqmfW1suBHLN4P) and they were talking about Franchising an online service based business.
This is how it works:
Let's say Andrew is a fitness creator who has a unique approach to coaching that ppl love and he has a strong brand around it. But he's constrained by the time he spends on coaching.
So Andrew creates a training program teaching his special workout methods, coaching style and philosophy. People who join his franchise get access to this training, his workout plans, and ongoing support.
Since Andrew has a traffic, he could hand these franchisees some customers and make them fulfill the demand he generated.
Assume Andrew is smart and he also has a community of clients, he can also use these franchisees to promote his community and add more value.
Now, Andrew's income streams look like:
  1. His coaching program
  2. A community
  3. The Brand Licensing mode
  4. Franchise's profit percentage
End of story.
Let me know what you think.
