Can I get some feedback on my a video idea?

Hey everyone, so right now I’m in the process of figuring out the packaging of a video I’m making. The niche is fitness & health, and I have a video idea that I can’t figure out the title of. The titles I’m working with are “The great exercise experiment” & “How I’m turning myself into a human experiment” & “The great human exercise experiment.”

Basically in this video, I want to offer an approach to training I haven’t seen anywhere else(basically being a freak all rounder if you get what I mean). And I’m trying to brainstorm ways to convey that better in the title. I’m still sketching out some thumbnails for this video, but I seriously think this video could be one of my best ones yet and I haven’t seen anyone do it. Any advice would be appreciated.
