I鈥檓 trying to make sure client retention is as high as it can be. After watching the videos in here, they often talk about the Skeleton programming. Setting goals for different phases. How would this work for a general fat loss client. Would you maybe look at increasing sessions per week, adjusting Kcals etc? And how would you present this to the client? Does anyone have any examples?
