Forward Receipts (No Screenshots!): Make sure your customers forward their purchase receipt instead of sending screenshots. We do NOT approve screenshots!
Request Access: Your customers need to request to join the community – no request, no approval! So many people are forgetting to request!
Answer ALL 3 Questions:If they don’t answer all the questions with the necessary information, we can’t approve them.
Doing these steps right the first time helps us:
Skip the back-and-forth repeated pending approvals ⏩
Get your customers into the community even FASTER 🚀
Don’t forget to include all the details they’ll need to get started in your PDF and/or confirmation email. This ensures they know exactly what to do next.
