How many inches equals big arms?

So I’m going to start a topic and reflect back to when I was a teenager. So what size arms inch wise do you consider to be big? Growing up I attended a local hardcore gym I’m my area Astro Gym. They had a chart on the wall for guys with 16” arms and up. They called the chart the Big Arms Chart. They would put your name and size of your arms if you qualified. So for me 16” guns sets the standard.🦏
