Resale certificate
Hello guys! I wanted to ask that is a resale certificate mandatory for a new business because according to the tax policies in Wyoming ( where I have my llc) it says for an economic nexus you should have $100,000 in sales or 200 transactions and I don’t have these both because I haven’t even open my first store. So can’t I contact suppliers without a resale certificate??
