Enhanced CPC Missing from Standard Shopping Campaigns?
Hi guys, when I try to create a new Standard Shopping Campaign, under Bidding (Manual CPC) I don't have the thick box: "Help increase conversions with Enhanced CPC", the Optimize for conversions OR Optimize for conversion value. Have all of these been removed by Google?
