Long car journey today and I was very tired but planned a nice healthy cheese salad when we got home. So hungry when I got in that I changed it to bacon egg and tomato before I was tempted to grab something quickly that was not good for me. Planning to have a lot of veg tonight to compensate. I must be more careful with my planning.
I was so tired I just fell asleep on the sofa after eating. I’m hoping it’s a good sign that my body is taking the opportunity to detox but we’ll see.
