Hi everyone, I'm 49 in a few weeks and I have always been more of a savoury sort of person and (believe it or not) I don't even like chocolate much. However, this has recently changed with other things due to (I assume) being an ageing female! 😃
I have been eating more and more sugary foods and I feel it is getting a bit much so, I really want to learn more about how to control what I put in my mouth! I once went without refined sugar for 46 days but I can't remember how I did it. I'm about to start reading the free book and feel very hopeful.
