Finger tips
I noticed today when I was sewing that I was able to reach into the box and pull out pin with my right hand. Normally I would have had to pick up pin with my left hand and give it to my right hand.
I noticed too that I can type a little faster on the computer. and my finger tips don't hurt like they do sometimes. The only thing different that I am doing is eating strawberries, gave up wheat products.
