Potential property with foundation problems?
Sometimes real estate investors pass on properties that have structural problems with the foundation.
Let me tell you that these properties can be golden nuggets! Do they need repair? Probably. But if you are tied in with a good foundation repair contractor this purchase and flip or rental can make you $1000s in negotiating a better purchase price.
