I'm Phillip Heck, the founder of Startup Labs on Skool. I've started and helped start several businesses. We all know there's no guidebook for this stuff—they don't teach it in school, and finding help can feel like searching for a needle in a haystack. That's why I created this place: to help business-minded folks like you grow, scale your business, and find the direction you need.
A little about me: I'm from Arkansas, USA. I grew up loving the outdoors in a tiny town in the middle of nowhere. In April 2024, I took the leap and quit my full-time corporate job to focus on my businesses. Right now, I have three: Startup Labs, Sidekick Creative Company, and Sidekick Collective.
