Introduction

Hey everyone,

I recently joined Skool because of how great and simple of a platform it appeared to be on the outside without knowing how great it actually is and has been on the inside. I am grateful to be here and grow with all of you. I am Rudy and live in North Carolina. I started Apex Ascent to help promote physical and mental wellness among military, first responders, Entrepreneurs and anyone that wants to join our community of encouraging action takers. Too many people are struggling physically, mentally and emotionally and I want to create a community that helps encourage others to know there is always hope and take control of the critical areas in our lives. I look forward to meeting y'all.
