Manchester City vs Inter Milan

With the new Champions League group stage, we will be seeing more “Juggernaut” teams going up against one another, but with more freedom of tactics.

In todays match we saw both teams play the way they normal do and while it turned out to be a nil-nil draw it had the energy of a knockout match.

With the new system both teams didn’t have to worry about a second leg or overcoming a deficit while playing away.

Both, Inter Milan and Manchester City still have plenty of matches to find themselves in the top 8.

I’m curious as to what you all think and if this format will indeed be better or worse for the sport.
