Intro

Hey everyone!

I'm Michael Jones and I live in Fort Worth TX.

I provide business consulting/coaching to service-based businesses (although I have helped a few physical product businesses). My goal is to help every client significantly increase revenue in their business while reducing the stress of running their business. I work in two branches depending on where the business is in its lifecycle and goals. (1) Marketing/Sales (messaging, copywriting, offers, sales pages, etc) and (2) Operations (strategy, technology tools, customer experience/fulfillment, staffing).

I almost always start in the marketing side and then when things are going and growing we look at how we can make the business easier to run and more effective.

I have done a good deal of work in AI but still have a lot to learn. You have to really be committed to keep up with the pace of change with everything coming out.
