Over delivering isn't what you think
This from Hormozi's One Day recordings is SO on point.
"Overdelivering has nothing to do with how much WORK you do, but rather how much VALUE they get."
AND since the number one reason for churn is overwhelm (too much stuff for the customer), trying to overdeliver by doing MORE can actually drive them away.
Instead of piling on more "stuff," focus on refining and intensifying the core value you provide.
What should overdelivering actually look like?
Efficiency: Deliver exactly what they need, when they need it, without any fluff or distractions. Help them achieve their goals faster and with less effort.
Support: Be there for them, answer their questions, and guide them through challenges.
Clarity: Ensure everything is easy to understand and implement.
These one day recordings are the best ones yet!
