When you believe in your product, you won’t even need a script. Yes having structure & a framework for your calls is needed but caring about your prospect & the service leads to a genuine conversation = higher closing %.
Having the correct tone is also vital when it comes to having conviction but if your saying the right things but in the wrong way then it doesn’t matter how much belief you have. The way you talk is the driving indicator on how much conviction you have. The best sales people are always true believers.
Sales is so simple. It’s a transfer of conviction. So you have one person that doesn’t believe then you have one that does & what completes that transfer is trust. The prospect NEEDS to believe in your conviction more than they believe in their doubt.
