What is emotional intelligence and how do you already use it in your day to day life?
Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize, understand, and manage one's own emotions, as well as effectively navigate and influence the emotions of others. In my day-to-day life, I already use emotional intelligence by being aware of my own emotions, empathizing with others, and adjusting my communication style to suit different situations and individuals. This helps me build stronger relationships, handle conflicts more effectively, and make better decisions based on emotional awareness.
