Hi, I’m Kevin. Nice to meet y’all.
To be transparent I was ready to hop on and do this but life happened the week of and have been struggling with a few things. Had to take a break on a lot of the things I was doing to prioritize myself. Lot’s of change going in right now so was tough to add something else on top of everything. Somewhat figuring things out. Still been getting my exercise in at least 5 times a week. Trying to learn how to rest and not over do it. Been on a journey of losing weight a couple years ago ever since my dad got cancer, realized I was really unhealthy and unhappy and decided to make a change. Been slowly getting to where I want to be. Feeling stronger than before and better mobility and just overall better in health but I know I can take it to another level. I have adopted a lot of good eating habits with my family after my father’s recovery and it has really opened my eyes to how important our lives are and how delicate at the same time. I’m not perfect but I am really making an effort for myself despite all the struggles. Thank you Vic for being patient and understanding with me 🙏🏽

About me!
Hi! I’m Juliana 👋🏽 super excited to do this challenge with you all. I’m originally from Colombia, currently in Orlando, FL. I started studio dancing at age 5, and have been shuffling for about a year and a half now. Though some injuries have delayed or reversed my gym progress, I’m excited to do this challenge to get back into my rhythm of working out and moving my body!
