What's the correct posting frequency?

I get this question way too often....

Am i posting too much or do i need to post more?

Won't my audience feel like i am spamming?

Wont they start to unfollow me?

And the answer is..

The probability that you are posting too much is extremely low..

Unless you're doing 6+ reels a day i don't think you're doing "too much"

If you are serious about growth and building a brand, then you should strive to be a consistent and reliable source of value for your community

Especially when getting started.

You have no momentum built up so YOU NEED TO BE POSTING MORE.

(i was posting 5x a day when i started and grew 100k followers in just 60 days)
