Does anyone have tips for part time video creators?

I work a full-time job and have a family so creation time is limited. I've been able to maintain a pretty consistent posting schedule, but often find that I hit a time cap when trying to make the kind of high quality edits Keean does with his green screen and quick changing backgrounds. Anyone else in the same boat?
