Post-work and Pre-Church workout 馃サ
I didn't have a lot of time for a full on lifting session so I decided to go for some conditioning intervals.
20 minute EMOM (Every minute on the minute)
Minute 1: 15 goblet squats
Minute 2: 8 strict pull-ups
Minute 3: 16 single arm Dumbbell snatches
Minute 4: 20 push-ups
Repeat x 5
Minute 20: 馃サ
I like the EMOM style because it allows you get a lot of volume in a short period of time without driving the intensity to high.
I love to use them to practice movements. Today I really wanted to work on good squat form and good pull-up form. Lots of quality reps in a short period of time!
