Who Is This Group For? (Day 1)
Hi everyone, it's Jake here.
This group is created with the intention of documenting my journey as 26 y.o Single Income No Kids (SINK).
...towards a networth of 2.5M in property assets by age 35.
...and my desire to create a vibrant 1,000 member strong community by mid 2025.
