My name is Melanie I help people in emotional regulation and mindset through a revolutionary technique called core clearing, this heart Centred breathwork combined with strategic tools, help people to manage, heal and transform their lives to their authentic selves. At 52 I’m the head coach of a wellness company and own my own breathwork buisness so looking forward to connecting.
