Hi, DR. Mike I’m 18 years old and just got like one week left of school so far as I know but my goal is to get very lean muscles mainly on abs because I want to feel confident whenever I do take my shirt off and I also want to lose all of this stubborn body fat including to also thos somehow get my jawline to look very attractive but I am trying to eat very healthy but it’s just not yet there you know and I really need a healthy diet plan but to add I’ve actually do have a disease called coeliac disease meaning I’m gluten free could you please help me get a healthy diet plan that mostly includes meat I mostly eat pastas mince, beef meatballs, fish, blueberries, raspberries, whey, chicken, apples and cheese and I do drink milk but water it’s just not my own regular habit but I do know that you would have to drink 8 cups of water every day I also do have some abs but my left side is bigger than my right side set of 3 abs from top to bottom and I’m like and I’ve got like maybe 20-24% body fat or 25-29% body fat I’m probably more 25-29% body fat because in the image of 25-29% body fat it didn’t show a side line on the side of the stomach so I’m yeah probably 25-29% body fat can you please help me?
