Since last December we’ve been working on dialing in her ads and conversion engine.
Our North Star has been doubling down on what's working and removing what's not.
Plus streamlining her systems to gain leverage come promo time – knowing where your leads are equals higher conversions.
Before working with us she depended on fb ads manager to track her leads and had no way to identify which ads were closing deals.
This led to excessive spending on campaigns that weren't profitable.
Plus uncertainty behind the path clients were taking to buy.
Initially, our marketing plan was based heavily on webinars.
Then remarketing to nonbuyers with low-ticket products between launches.
Her webinars are massively successful but we wanted more return on ads spent on the front end.
So we decided to build a challenge funnel.
This led us to nearly break even on ads spent on the front end with similar profit on the back end.
And enabled her to use her superpower of closing one too many on more occasions to increase back-end conversions.
(We’re still in the optimization phase)
But so far it’s been a win-win…
We're getting leads for almost free on the front end.
And lead quality is better because people have to buy something to get involved.
The plan is to now dial up the spending and launch two more challenges before the end of the year.
Putting us deep into the seven if not multi-seven-figure range on the year.
