New Cleaning Buisness
Hey everyone!
I joined this group a couple days ago and I just want to ask for some advice. I opened up my cleaning business for my mom who's been cleaning houses for over 15 years. Shes really experienced and does a great job, but she never understood how to open up a business. So, 2 months ago I decided to open one up for us and start scaling this into an actual business. In the last 30 days she's done around 40 cleanings. I want to keep on scaling, but I need to start hiring employees. I've never done it before, so I don't have any applications, welcome packets, workers handbook, training videos etc. I was just wondering if someone has some resources or recommendations for me to help me out with this.
