@Joshua Lodico I had an awesome walkthrough today for a restaurant. They want me to include back of house cleaning in the quote i.e. vents, grills, etc.
Do you have any suggestions about how to calculate this?
I’m writing him three quotes: One for BOH only, one for BOH and FOH dining area, and a separate one for the private dining area which is only used on occasion.
